Returns Information

We pride ourselves on delivering quality handcrafted jewellery but if in the unlikely event it arrives incorrect or faulty please don't worry, as you can be assured of our excellent customer service and support to deal with any issues you may have efficiently and as quickly as possible.

Non-Personalised Items - you can return any unworn jewellery within 14 days of receipt (excludes personalised items). The cost of returning is your responsibilty unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a postal service which has full insurance for the contents. You will be responsible for the jewellery until it arrives safely to us. Before returning email us at info@loveisamoment.co.uk quoting your order number and details of your return.

 

Personalised Items - as these are made to order we are unable to exchange or refund unless your item is faulty or supplied incorrectly. To avoid disappointment please check your order details carefully especially for any spelling mistakes. If you believe the item to be faulty email us at info@loveisamoment.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with an image of your faulty or damaged item. Upon receipt you will be contacted with details of a solution and return details.
