Our story - Love is a Moment

We are Glen and Kay—a husband and wife team brought together by a shared love of jewellery and a passion for creating meaningful moments.

We first met while working at a jewellery company in Leeds, and 18 wonderful years of marriage later, we’ve built a life full of love, laughter, and magical memories with our two amazing children.

Kay has always had a way with words—writing heartfelt poems and thoughtful messages that have touched the lives of those around her. Glen has spent his entire career in the jewellery industry, crafting timeless pieces that celebrate life’s most special moments.

It felt only natural to bring our passions together.

And so, Love is a Moment was born—a unique collection of jewellery paired with words of love, hope, and inspiration. Every piece is designed to be more than just beautiful—it’s meant to be felt, cherished, and remembered.

Then when Glen’s beloved mother, Eileen, passed away, we wanted to create something truly special—a keepsake for his sister and nieces that would forever hold a piece of Eileen close. Something deeply personal. Something that was hers, and only hers.

That’s when we introduced fingerprint jewellery.

Fingerprints are one of the few things in life that are entirely unique—no two are the same. Capturing Eileen’s fingerprint in a solid silver pendant became more than just a gift. It became a lasting connection. A way to keep her spirit close, always.

The result was a beautifully crafted piece of jewellery—timeless, meaningful, and filled with love.

And from that moment, Love is a Moment fingerprint jewellery was born.
