Care and attention to detail is taken at every stage of the order process to deliver your handcrafted personalised jewellery within the estimated delivery time of 3 weeks. We offer a free special delivery service to help ensure that your piece arrives safely and without delays.

Your Order - all our pieces of jewellery are personalised and made to order so although we cannot guarantee delivery within the 3 weeks quoted, we do have systems in place to be confident of achieving this. This is based on us having all the information needed at the time of placing the order. We will contact you if further details are required to proceed with your order so there are no further delays. Although we cannot guarantee this delivery time every effort is made to ensure we deliver on time.

Delivery - Once your chosen piece is ready for delivery we will email you to confirm. UK orders are delivered by the upgraded Royal Mail special delivery service which is normally delivered the following day and will require a signature. Don't worry if you are not home to sign for as you can easily collect from the Post office with details left on the card. For delivery abroad please email and we can confirm delivery charges and time.
